The space
The front entry has plenty of room to stash a bike or stroller. The unit was renovated in 2022 with new paint throughout, new bathroom and kitchen fixtures, new 26x8ft screened-in composite porch, new back stairs, all new furnishings, mesh WiFi and 70” smart TV!
Each bedroom features a desk, storage, ceiling fan and memory foam mattresses for maximal comfort.
With 10ft+ ceilings and large original windows, the unit feels even more spacious than its 1500sqft belies. The hosts are seasoned business travelers, and stock the unit with an eye towards amenities and features that make the space feel truly like home.
The backyard is privacy fenced with a fire pit and plenty of space to unwind. There is a parking lot out back with room for 2 cars (please leave the front driveway for the lower unit guests), and plenty of open street parking out front.

Immensely safe, friendly and walkable, the house is nestled in one of the best parts of the city to live as a local (without sacrificing access to all the tourist attractions just north).
Nearby Features: The House is just SE of Starland (5min walk), a major foodie & boutique district. Daffin and Baldwin Parks are just east of the house. River Street, Forsyth and the Historic district are a 5min drive or 15-20min walk north of the house. Tybee Island is a 20min drive from the house.
